He was friendly and very knowledgeable and able to advise us on how to deal with it. He is professional and is clearly very knowledgeable about his business. Got their name off the South East Water site, I rang to ask about my external water leak which was in my neighbour's garden but my supply.  Patrick was extremely helpful and requested pictures via WhatsApp, once sent he responded immediately, we arranged a time for him to come and have a look and he gave me his thoughts on the issue.  We agreed a way forward with my neighbour, turned into a bigger job than originally thought, but it was resolved the same day and neighbour's garden was returned all the earth to near the original state.  Turned up when they said they would.  Excellent job, well worth the money. We're proud members of the Water Industry Approved Plumbers Scheme (WIAPS). Water Regs UK manages the scheme on behalf of UK water companies. It provides industry-approved certification to qualified professionals in the sector, including ground workers.

As WIAPS accredited contractors, we are authorised to get South East Water, Southern Water and Thames Water customers connected to the mains water network as necessary. Fully compliant with WaterSafe, you can be assured any water supply installation is carried out in accordance with Water Fittings Regulations. On completion, we issue certificates to confirm our work was carried out in compliance with current regulations.
